IJC Library Collection
The International Jewish Center houses a library of over 500 books that are available for borrowing. Our collection contains a wide variety of Jewish literature, arranged in the following categories:
- Biography
- Fiction
- Israel
- Jewish
- History
- Jewish Thought
- Memoir
- Religious Texts
- Teaching Materials
We also have a collection of children's books with Jewish themes, and a selection of electronic resources (videos, cassettes, etc.).

IJC Library Catalog
The newest additions to our library appear in red in the catalogue.
You will find books grouped on the shelves by category, and arranged alphabetically by the alphabetical code listed in the catalogue.
LOANS
All are welcome to borrow books from the IJC library.
Simply fill out the sign-out sheet in the library area.
When returning a book to the library, please leave it in the "Book Return" box.
LEAVE ONE / TAKE ONE (Book swapping).
We have a separate "leave one / take one" area for books that are not on Jewish topics.
If you have books to give away, feel free to leave them here for the taking.
All are welcome to peruse this collection and take any titles you find interesting. Please note that you do not need to leave a book in order to take one!
DONATIONS
We warmly welcome donations to our library!
- Donate a physical book, new or second-hand (in good condition) - these may be left in the "Donations" box in the library area.
- Give a monetary donation for the purchase of a specific title, or as a general donation to help grow our collection.
